1Delivery of Photographs

• All raw photographs will be delivered within 5–7 days after the settlement of any outstanding dues.
• A curated selection of the best-edited photos will be shared within 2–3 days following your final function—so you can relive the magic without delay.

❤️ We understand that excitement shouldn't wait. That's why we'll share a few selected edited images even before full payment is completed.

2Album Delivery

• If you've opted for a custom album, it will be delivered within 30 days of your album design approval and final payment.

3Payment Schedule

• 50% retainer fee is required to block your dates.
• 40% on the final day of the shoot (preferably in cash).
• 10% after the delivery of the First Wedding Film.

We accept Net Banking (IMPS) and Cash. Timely payments ensure an efficient workflow and faster delivery of your memories.

4Album Photo Selection

• Please select your album photos within one month of receiving the event photos. Delays may result in a postponed delivery of the album.

5Wedding Film Delivery

• The First Wedding Film will be delivered within 30 days after your soundtrack approval. The timeline begins once the song is finalized.

6Rights & Social Media

• We reserve the right to feature select photos and videos on our social media platforms for promotional purposes.

7Photo Sharing Process

• Edited photos will first be shared on our Instagram page for easy social sharing, followed by delivery via Google Drive.

8Data Backup Responsibility

• After delivery, clients are responsible for backing up their media. Lov'in Frames will not be liable for any data loss post-delivery.

9Cancellation Policy

• In case of a cancellation, the advance payment is non-refundable, and the original quotation remains unchanged.

10Portfolio Shoot Time Allocation

• A minimum of 40–45 minutes is needed for the bride and groom's portfolio session.
• This is best scheduled before the 'phere' ceremony, as we do not shoot portfolios afterward.

11Pre-Wedding Shoot

• Pre-wedding shoots are completed within a 10-hour slot in a single day, unless other arrangements are discussed in advance.

12Outstation Shoots & Additional Charges

• Additional costs (e.g., for bonfires, props, or customized setups) may apply for outstation shoots.
• These are vendor-dependent and billed separately.

13Post-Vidai Ceremony

• Our team departs for the studio after the Vidai ceremony.
• Home entry shoots post-Vidai are only possible if pre-arranged.

14Small Function Shoot Duration

• For smaller functions (Haldi, Mehendi, Engagement), our coverage is typically 5–6 hours.
• We appreciate your support in adhering to this timeframe.

15Review of Deliverables

• Please review the deliverables chart and invoice sent via email.
• In case of any discrepancies, the details in the email will be considered final.
